Mississippi Street New Construction
Potrero Hill, San Francisco · Two-unit condominium building
BG Design Build transformed a vacant Potrero Hill lot into a new two-unit condominium building. Our scope included architectural and engineering services, construction documents, and ground-up construction following plan approval.
The completed interiors feature open living and kitchen areas, wide windows, warm wood cabinetry, and stone waterfall islands. Glass stair railings and a restrained finish palette complement the contemporary exterior. This project illustrates our coordinated approach to multifamily residential construction in San Francisco.
Connected living, thoughtfully integrated
Contemporary design meets everyday convenience at Mississippi Street. Speakers, wired networking, smart controls, and an installed EV charger bring another layer of function to this ground-up residential project.
Hardwired Ethernet connectivity for home-office use, video calls, and streaming.
Power over Ethernet (PoE) infrastructure, carrying power and data through a single cable for compatible network devices.
Integrated speakers for everyday listening and entertaining.
Smart lighting and climate controls for convenient control of lighting and temperature.
An installed EV charger for convenient charging at home.
The technology behind the walls was considered alongside the architecture and finishes, connecting the spaces you see with the infrastructure for modern living.
