Do I have to hire BG Design Build for construction?
No. Engineering consulting is available as a standalone service. We can work alongside your existing architect, designer, or contractor.
Can you look at an existing structural concern?
Yes. Describe the condition and send available photographs so we can determine an appropriate consultation scope. A site visit may be the first step; concealed conditions can require additional investigation.
Are site visits and stamped plans included?
The proposal specifies the deliverables and whether site visits, a written assessment, calculations, or signed and sealed drawings are included. A consultation alone does not automatically include a complete engineering design package.
