BG Design Build transformed a vacant Potrero Hill lot into a new two-unit condominium building. Our scope included architectural and engineering services, construction documents, and ground-up construction following plan approval.

The completed interiors feature open living and kitchen areas, wide windows, warm wood cabinetry, and stone waterfall islands. Glass stair railings and a restrained finish palette complement the contemporary exterior. This project illustrates our coordinated approach to multifamily residential construction in San Francisco.
