A ground-up residence in Redwood City’s Edgewood Park neighborhood, this project brought architectural design, engineering, and construction together under BG Design Build. We prepared the construction documents and, following plan approval, built the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home.

The finished spaces pair a welcoming covered porch and landscaped entry with a light-filled kitchen, generous living areas, and carefully detailed bathrooms. White cabinetry, warm wood flooring, and built-in storage carry a consistent material palette through the home.
